Back in 1990, I graduated with a B.A. in Communications from St. John's University. I like writing science fiction in my spare time, but lately, I've been dabbling in literary fiction and fantasy with an old world African bent. Inspiration comes to me in the works of Stephen King, Dean Koontz, Neil Gaiman, Octavia Butler and the films of Akira Kurosawa, James Parrot, Sam Peckinpagh and John Woo among others.
